CLASSES

Learn techniques from karate and kickboxing, alongside mindful body awareness and meditation.

The classes combine the harder energy of martial arts and softer energy of meditation.  You will increase your fitness and strength, improve mental and physical wellbeing, finishing each class feeling transformed in body and mind!
